BECOME A TCYSA VENDOR
We welcome local vendors and merchants to join us during our soccer season and special tournament events! To ensure a seamless experience for our players, families, and community, all vendors must complete our annual registration process.
Application Instructions
1. Click the Vendor Agreement E-sign to review and ensure your business meets our requirements.
2. Complete the form: Fill out and digitally sign the agreement.
3. Submit Supporting Documents: Logos may be provided to share via social media.
4. Board Approval and Confirmation: Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with venue setup details and vendor cost instructions.
On Site Conduct
Vendors must bring their own equipment (tables, canopies, power generators unless otherwise specified) and leave their assigned area clean and free of trash at the end of each event.
Review Timeline
Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Please allow 3-5 business days for our board to review your submission prior to event dates.
Please read the entire document and ensure all information you provide is accurate.
You will be asked for a functioning email address to verify you as the signer and have a copy sent to you.
